Sales

The Sterling Oaks Sales Package will need to be completed and submitted to Seasonne Hayes, [email protected] before closing on your new property.
Open Houses are permitted on Saturday & Sunday until 5:00 PM only. Any signage placed for the open house must be removed by 5PM each day.
The Office at Sterling Oaks does not keep a list of active units for sale.

Leasing

Please contact a real estate agent for listings of available homes for lease. Rentals must be for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of one year, and a unit may only be rented three times each calendar year.
Our Lease Packet includes all necessary items as well as a cover sheet that details what is needed and when it must be submitted to Laura at "[email protected]."
Condos and Coach Homes are also managed by a sub-association and must be contacted for approval.
It is prohibited to market (list on websites for rent or use other forms of advertising) a unit for less than 30 days. The 30-day minimum is required for all forms of marketing. Any non-compliant marketing is subject to fines.
